MAY / 24

I want to express my gratitude for your incredible engagement over the past few months. As many of you know, we've been knee-deep in Council meetings, hashing out some pretty big stuff that's going to shape the future of our City.

I've been blown away by the flood of emails, letters to the City Clerks, ad all the folks who've signed up to speak. Your input is what makes this process meaningful, and I can't thank you enough for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns.

For those who haven't had a chance - you can still register to speak, either in-person or by calling in. Your voice matters, and we want to make sure everyone has a chance to be heard.

Thanks again for being such a great community. Let's keep this conversation going and make sure our city continues to move in the direction that YOU want it to.

TEMPLE - UNIDIRECTIONAL FLUSHING PROGRAM💧

Attention Temple residents!

Water Services will be completing their 2024 Unidirectional Flushing Program starting April 30. This program is part of regular maintenance to watermains to maintain water quality.

You can expect to see large amounts of water flowing down the streets and increased City of Calgary employee activity in the area.

There should be no water disruptions to the community, however, there may be reduced pressure at times.

These projects cover a wide spectrum, including intersection improvements, traffic calming measures, sidewalks, pathways, and drainage solutions. Their prioritization is based on our development needs, transportation capacities, and tackling safety concerns.
